No. It is useful whenever an event needs a structured registration, approval or access-control process. Setup can be shaped around the scale and complexity of the event.
Can different people have different access levels?
Yes. Groups, templates and zones can assign different permissions to attendees, staff, contractors, guests and other credential types.
Can the scanning app work without internet access?
Secure Scan supports synchronising an offline database for use when connectivity is limited. Teams should synchronise devices before operations and follow their event device-management process.
Can we collect documents during registration?
Yes. Registration can request supporting documents alongside profile information for your team to review.
Who can approve registrations?
Administrative permissions can be configured so appropriate team members manage the areas relevant to their roles.
Does Event Centurion replace security staff or event procedures?
No. It supports security and operations teams with controlled information and access decisions. Organisers remain responsible for personnel, procedures, safety planning and legal compliance.
